Charlie is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has managed projects, both large and small, on greenfield and retrofit applications for 35 years. BEA has a high level of understanding of process, as well as a wealth of experience as a management/owner, contractor, maintenance, operator and an understanding and appreciations of every discipline and trade.
BEA can manage individual projects and overall construction.
